VIA LINK offers a unique experience for volunteers in many facets of service delivery to our community. We provide intensive training in communication skills, suicide prevention and crisis counseling for individuals who wish to help others through our COPE LINE services.
VIA LINK relies on a group of highly trained volunteers to perform a variety of tasks. Telephone counselors receive over 50 hours of training in communication skills, suicide prevention, and crisis counseling.
